Seminar Options
The program is designed to be presented as an 8-hour seminar. Other options may be available if an organization chooses to license the seminar and purchase the Train the Trainer program. The sessions are highly interactive with the students participating in discussions, exercises and the practice of the Six Laws of Absolute Honesty. These sessions are ideally presented to groups of 30 participants or less at your location. We will work with you to design the program that works best in your company culture. Facilitation options include:
Author Facilitates the Training
Bob Phillips, co-author of Absolute Honesty; Building a Corporate Culture That Values Straight Talk and Rewards Integrity will provide the facilitation for each session. You will pay a facilitation fee for each session and then purchase participant materials directly from RW & Associates, Inc.
Certified Trainer Provided
A certified trainer from RW & Associates, Inc. will be provided for each session. You will pay a facilitation fee for each session and then purchase participant materials directly from RW & Associates, Inc.
Company Licensing & Train the Trainer
Your company licenses the program from us and we will conduct train-the-trainer sessions to teach your staff how to present and facilitate the seminar and certify them to do so. You pay a licensing fee and then purchase facilitator and participant materials directly from RW & Associates, Inc. This would include:
- Up to 7 individuals will be trained as trainers
- Bob Phillips (author) conducting the train the trainer session over 2 days onsite at your company or another trainer from RW & Associates, Inc. can be provided at a reduced cost
- Company will receive unlimited license to train employees
