Bob Phillips is a veteran of over 30 years of business experience working in and with organizations that required the highest level of return and an expectation that all resources would be used efficiently to achieve the most difficult goals. He brings an ability to quickly grasp what is impacting an organization (people, structure or business model), and provide a direction to begin to rectify the problem. He has a straight forward approach in delivering the toughest messages to leaders who may not be totally open to seeing the true picture.

When faced with a change of culture, leaders or business model it is never an easy task. It is never easy for organizations to see what reality is, rather most see the worst situations with “rose” colored glasses. Bob’s approach is to work with you to first understand the environment that exists and then determine what needs to change if you are to achieve the goals you have established for the business. But you must be willing to open your eyes and ears to listen and see the real problems and issues that are impacting the organization.

LISA PHILLIPS, Sr. Vice President

Lisa has been with RW & Associates, Inc. for over  10
years as

the business manager and a consultant in the areas of general

human resource practices and corporate travel management. 

Her previous experience includes 6 years in the travel industry as both an owner and operator of her own corporate travel agency, as well as several years in the field of human resources serving as Human Resource Manager for two hi-tech companies. Her background also includes several years as a paralegal.

As owner of the travel agency she worked with many hi-tech companies as their travel manager helping them oversee all aspects of their corporate travel needs. She has become very familiar with the needs of business travelers and has developed a network of individuals and companies designed to assist and service those travelers with their unique needs.

As a travel management consultant, she has worked with organizations to help them better understand the changes in the travel industry and how these changes are impacting corporate travel budgets and the individual traveler. She has assisted companies in assessing their travel needs, introduced new programs including travel policies and procedures, travel authorization practices and assisted in identifying the best travel agency to meeting the client's needs.
